【原料】原料:标粉发面2500克,干面750克,饴糖750克,碱50克,植物油约1500克。
另备饴糖2500克蘸蜜用。
【制作过程】1.将面发成老发面,对上碱,和成面团2.干面750克,饴糖750克,和成饴糖面。
发面团一分为二,擀成片状,饴糖面也擀成片状。
两层发面夹一层饴糖面成三层用刀切成小块,顺切三刀连刀3.油锅烧至六成熟,下生蜜三刀炸至浮起捞出,下入蜜锅中过蜜,捞出晾凉即可
